When an Architectural Illustration Becomes a Physical Structure

When an Architectural Illustration Becomes a Physical Structure

Sometime ago, I ran across an artist rendering of the proposed Loma Linda University Health hospital complex. The illustration featured the hospital towers as one would view them from the southeast corner near Barton Road and Anderson Street. Today (March 25, 2020), I was able to closely replicate the angel of that rendering. It is exciting to finally see when an architectural illustration becomes a physical structure.

The stand alone artist rendering.
The actual structure as photographed on March 25, 2020.
