The Evolution of the Loma Linda University Campus Transformation Project — 2015 to 2018

The Evolution of the Loma Linda University Campus Transformation Project — 2015 to 2018

As we close the curtains on August 2018, it is time to wander back in time to reflect on changes made to the construction site on the corner of Barton Road and Anderson Street–The parcel of land on which two hospitals are being constructed to replace the existing cloverleaf towers, which have served the community for fifty years. When I took the feature photo on September 28,2015, I had know idea what was in store for the campus. Looking at the artist rendering, I could tell the complex looked massive, but I had no clue as to how colossal. The key to the four photos, in this blog, is the main entrance to the Medical Center. The evolution on the east side of the current building will take place to the left of  the main entrance, which will be encircled in either yellow or black. The first and featured photo for this blog is of the main entrance as viewed down Medical Center Drive. In this instance the circle is center left. In the remaining three photographs the circle will be located at the lower right.
