About DocuVision 2020

The primary purpose of this website is to thoroughly document the construction of Loma Linda University’s new nine-story Children’s Hospital and 16-story Adult Hospital. Another important purpose of the website is to capture in real-time the building process and thus “pull back” the construction site’s windscreen attached to the fence surrounding the project. Before the digital age, it was nearly impossible—and not cost-effective—to provide updates about a large construction project for the whole world to watch at will. Now with the ease of documentation that digital cameras and websites like this one provide, alumni, patients, students, faculty, staff, and the community can take a peak—sans the dust, noise, heat, and hazards—at the construction of the new hospital towers. Enjoy and visit the site often to view the updates. 🔨
