The Replacement Hospitals Floor by Floor as Seen From Parking Structure P4

Several weeks ago, I stopped the car on the third floor of the parking structure P4 to take a photo of the construction site. About thirty feet from where I was taking photos, I noticed a gentleman leaning into a post seemingly enjoying the construction activity across Barton Road. I walked over to where he was standing and introduced myself and gave him my card. He told me that he came to the parking lot quite often and checks on the progress from different floors. Making a mental note, I thought it would be interesting to document the progress floor by floor from parking structure P4.
