The Day the Anderson Street Entrance Closed *Completed*

April 12, 2016, was the day the Anderson Street entrance closed, which caused much confusion for patients and visitors alike. Although new direction signs directing traffic to the new entrance had been up for several days at the northwest corner of Baton Road and Anderson Street, and at the northwest corner of Anderson and Prospect Streets, the public seemed bewildered as driver after driver slowed to turn into what was now the former entrance. Often times drivers coming from the north after having passed the new Prospect Street entrance would, to the consternation of other drivers, hang a u-turn in front of the old entrance to retrace the route back to Prospect Street.
