Three Novembers, Three Images, and Three Phases

In this blog, the three Novembers depict three images of three different phases of the Loma Linda University Campus Transformation Project. The three Novembers include the years of 2016, 2017, and 2018. The three images are of three phases represented in those years: 2016 was the dirt/excavation phase; 2017 closed out the dirt phase and ushered in the concrete/foundation phase, while 2018 brought on the steel and GFRC (Prefab Curtain Walls) phase with avengeance climbing two stories out of the pit and rising like the phoenix some 18 stories above grade and towering nearly nine-stories above the iconic clover leaf towers.

After graduate school Dennis accepted a position at Loma Linda University. He worked there for 42 years in the areas of administration and financial management, also teaching accounting and management to dietetic students at the School of Public Health. Through the years Dennis has chronicled the growth of the campus, including the construction of the Drayson Center and the Centennial Complex and the razing of Gentry Gym.
