The Week of January 7, 2019 — The Week Before the Rains Came Down

Rains were forecast for the following week, which meant that the laborers had to hustle to get the site ready for the rain. The Hill Crane Company would bring in several truck loads of crane parts for the Liebherr LTM 1400 – 7.1 Fixed Jib with a Y – Guy Attachment which would be erected to hoist the large HVAC units into place on the fourth floor, which is the mechanical floor for the podium and both hospital towers.

The day began with an unusual cloud formation. The big crane on the north side will stand down all week.
